Start our journey by visiting pyramids area the only survivor of the Seven Great
Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramid of Chephren, which is the bestpreserved, and the Pyramid of Mycerinus. Nearby see the Sphinx, a marvelous
sight carved out of a natural rocky outcrop, the lion’s body stretching 45m, with
its paws 15m long. We will visit the Papyrus Institute and learn how the paper was
made in ancient times followed by shopping in the Papyrus Museum, Perfume
factory, and Jewelry shop. After that continue to visit the Egyptian Museum
where two hours are spent at the richest Museum worldwide accompanied by
our guide & enjoying his explanation about the history especially the King Tut’s
part with the masterpiece his golden mask , back to hotel
Day 3:

Day 4:
* Visit Salah El Dein Citadel is a medieval Islamic-era fortification in Cairo , then you will
discover the ancient sites and culture of Coptic Christians where you will learn about
Christian life in Egypt, a country where Christianity is a minority. You will first visit the
Hanging Church is built into the walls of the Watergate of the Roman fortress and
is possibly the oldest Christian church in Egypt. Dedicated to the Virgin Mary, it is one of
Cairo’s most beautiful churches. Continue to the Monastery and Church of Saint
George. It is one of the few remaining circular churches in the Middle East. Your next
stop is the Abu Serge, one of the places where the Holy Family rested after fleeing
Israel from King Herod. At the turn of the century this little church, which dates from
the 10th-century, was the most important pilgrimage spot in Old Cairo for visiting
Christian tourists. 24 marble columns are lining the central court, and a series of 12thcentury icons depicting the 12 apostles. You will then tour Ben Ezra Synagogue
which is one of the oldest synagogues in Egypt. Set in a shady garden, the synagogue
was severely damaged after the 1967 war with Israel but it has been almost completely
renovated. Then visit Muiiz street the open museum Your final stop will be the
Khan el Khalili bazaar where your guide will give you an introduction to the famous
markets which claim to have inspired Christopher Columbus to discover the Americas.
Here you will have free time to stroll through the maze of streets and shops and try
your luck bargaining with the shop owners for a souvenir or two of your trip to Egypt or
have a cup of Egyptian tea at the famous coffee shop El Fishawy to enjoy the
atmosphere of the bazaar. You will then go back to your hotel.
Day 5:
You will be escorted in an air conditioned vehicle from your hotel towards
Alexandria (about 3 – 3.30 Hrs. Driving) where you will meet your tour guide
in Alexandria to discover the beauty and the Greco Roman civilization within
a day-tour starting with visiting the catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa which are
considered one of the wonders of the middle ages . It’s the largest known
Roman burial site in Egypt, with three tiers of tombs that could
accommodate up to 300 corpses. The cemetery originally was dug to be a
private cemetery for one family ,then it was converted to be a public
cemetery the architecture of the tombs mirrors Greco-Roman styles. This
can be seen in the wall decoration, which shows a unique combination of
Egyptian, Greek, and Roman artistic traditions. People are buried here in
sarcophagi, in shelves, and in urns of ashes after cremation.
After that going to visit The Roman Amphitheatre which is Located in the
heart of Alexandria, Kom el-Dikka is an extensive Roman theatrical and
residential complex. It includes the only known Roman amphitheater in
Egypt, an impressively well-preserved structure composed of thirteen
terraces. This was constructed in the traditional Greek style.
Then, You will go to get a photo stop at (Qaitbey’s Citadel) which is
considered one of the most important defensive strongholds, not only in
Egypt, but also along the Mediterranean Sea coast. It formulated an
important part of the fortification system of Alexandria in the 15th century
A.D.; The Citadel is situated at the entrance of the eastern harbour on the
eastern point of the Pharos Island. It was erected on the exact site of the
famous Lighthouse of Alexandria, which was one of the Seven Wonders of
the Ancient World then back to Cairo
Day 6:
Transfer to Cairo airport to travel to Aswan , After arrival we will visit high dam ,
unfinished obelisk (The unfinished obelisk is the largest known ancient obelisk and
is located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt in Aswan)
then visit Philae temple This beautiful temple complex is one of the most
picturesque in all of Egypt. It sits on Aglika Island just south of the old Aswan
Dam and you must ride a motor boat to the island to get to theruins. The
temple was moved to its current location following the construction of
the High Dam, which threatened to submerge it permanently & check in the
hotel
Day 7:
Free day then move to Visit komOmbo temple( A temple overlooking the Nile.
This temple divided into 2 temples with 2 entrances, 2 hypostyle Halls, and 2
sanctuaries)
And back to hotel
Day 8:
At morning we will Visit Edfu Temple, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples
dedicated to Horus, the guardian god of the king. The falcon is a prominent
decoration. It is one of the last Ptolemaic temples, finished only a few decades
before the rise of Anthony and Cleopatra & free day
Day 9:
After breakfast Visit The Valley of the Kings is located on the west bank of
the Nile River near Luxor. It is the most famous site for the unique
collections of tombs and breathtaking ancient ruins. That location makes it
one of the hottest spots for exploring ancient Egyptian history.
Archaeologists have been sweeping the area of the Valley of the Kings for
centuries, and till now it continues to surprise them, then visit Hatshepsut
Temple, One of the most beautiful & best preserved of all of the temples
of Ancient Egypt. The temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps
in a central position joining the levels together, then colossi of Memnon,
Two massive stone statues of king Amenhotep III are the only remains of a
complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite
sandstone which exist in Cairo then moved 700 KM to Luxor. then felucca
in the Nile and carriage & back to hotel
Day 10:
Transfer to Luxor , visit Luxor temple was the center of the most important
festival, the festival of Opet. Built largely by Amenhotep III and Rameses II, the
temple’s purpose was a setting for the rituals of the festival. The festival was to
reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office & Luxor museum
At night we can visit Karnak temple no site in Egypt is more impressive than Karnak
temple. It is the largest temple complex ever built by man and represents the
combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders and pharaohs. The
Temple of Karnak is three main temples, smaller enclosed temples, and several
outer temples situated on 247 acres of land & back to hotel

*Travel to Marsa Alla and Free day at hotel . You can spend the day relaxing
on the beach, enjoying the charming warm water or for the more active

DAY 1:
Travel to Siwa from Cairo by bus, after arrival we will have our lunch then move to
visit Oracle temple the most famous temple of Amun, now more known as the
Temple of the Oracle because of Alexander’s visit when he conquered Egypt. It is
actually one of two temples dedicated to Amun at Siwa, the other being Umm
Ubayda. It sits atop a flat rock, and is a spectacular sight. Built during the 26th
Dynasty (though the Oracle’s origin is reputed to be much, much older), this
temple and its Oracle flourished well into the Greek and Roman period, move to
visit Dakrour mountain which is one of the most admired mountains in Egypt that
locates to the south west of Siwa Oasis in Marsa Matrouh. It encloses two
cemeteries that date back to the ancient Egyptian times: El Mawta Mountain or
the Dead Mountain with its six necropolises of attractive colorful paintings, and
Qresht Area eastward Siwa with some remains dating back to the Greek and
Roman Period. Nowadays, the area of El Dakrror Mountain is renowned as a place
for therapeutic tourism since it provides a full range of facilities for curing
illnesses including rheumatism by covering the body of the person in hot sand for
a certain period , Bedouin dinner

After breakfast we will visit One of the most beautiful sceneries in Siwa, the Salt
Lakes are not to be missed. With waters so clean and transparently green, the
Salt Lakes attract people to Siwa all year round, with its health benefit for its
high concentration of salt, floating and swimming in the Salt Lakes of Siwa is
something you cannot miss then have our lunch, visit Cleopatra pool for relaxing
, safari at the desert of Siwa by 4*4 Jeep near Wahed well

After break fast we will move to take a lot of photos then back to Cairo
